The Conference

Social Business Day is an annual global event organized by the Yunus Centre to celebrate and highlight the accomplishments and insights of social business leaders and entrepreneurs. These trailblazers are driving progress toward a more sustainable and equitable future for all.

The 15th Social Business Day will be held in Zirabo, in Dhaka, Bangladesh, on June 27 and June 28, 2025, organized by the Yunus Centre in collaboration with the Grameen Group. The conference will focus on the theme "Social Business is the most efficient path to ensure healthcare for all."

Healthcare systems locally and globally face profound challenges, with inequities, inefficiencies, and limited access jeopardizing the well-being of millions. In many cases, the structure of healthcare delivery has contributed to these issues, leaving marginalized communities underserved and critical needs unmet. Addressing these challenges requires a collective effort to reimagine healthcare systems, promote equitable access, prioritize preventive care, and ensure ethical and responsible practices across all levels of society. Our conversations and panels will delve into key areas of innovation and impact. We will explore how social business models can drive equitable access to healthcare, foster sustainable solutions for underserved communities, and integrate technology to enhance efficiency and reach.
