Terms and Conditions

By attending the 15th Social Business Day 2025, you agree to the following:

1. Ticket & ID Verification

a. All attendees must present a printed or digital version of their ticket at the entrance for validation.

b. Entry is permitted only to the ticket holder and requires a valid photo identification, such as a National ID card or Passport, at the time of check-in. The original ID must be shown (photocopies will not be accepted). For individuals under the age of 18, if you do not have a passport or national ID card, you must provide your Birth Certificate.

c. Tickets are personal and non-transferable. Resale or transfer of tickets through unauthorized third parties renders the ticket invalid.

d. All of your information on the registration site (including photos) must match the information on your identity document. Participants who violate this condition will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Entry, Security, and Prohibited Items

a. Please be aware that entry to the event is contingent upon clearance. In the unlikely event that your ticket is not approved, you may request for a refund within 5 working days of receiving the notification. Refunds will be processed within 45 working days from the date of your request.

b.  Chargers, power banks, laptops, smartwatches, lighters, and any other electronic devices are not allowed inside the main venue. Purses, bags, or any items carried by hand are strictly prohibited. Upon checking in, you may leave your personal items with us, and you may collect them later during the lunch break. For a specific time period you may not be allowed to bring/use your cell phone in the main venue.

c. Smoking, consumption of alcohol, and use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited at the event. Any violations will result in immediate removal from the venue.

d. Outside food and beverages are not permitted. Food and water will be available in designated areas within the venue.

3. Code of Conduct

a. Attendees are expected to behave in a professional and respectful manner. The organizer reserves the right to deny entry or remove anyone engaging in disruptive or inappropriate conduct.

4. Surveillance & Media

a. Please note that the event venue is under CCTV surveillance. By attending, you consent to being recorded for security purposes.

b. By attending, you consent to the possibility of being recorded for live broadcast, and promotional purposes. Photos and images taken during the event may be used for promotional activities related to the event and future editions. Please note that the event may be livestreamed.

 5. Parking & Accessibility: Limited parking is available at the Samajik Convention Centre.

 6. Event Changes & Liability

a. In the event of natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances, the organizer reserves the right to reschedule, relocate, or make necessary changes to the event.

b. The organizer is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings during the event.
